During weekly visits to the library, we learn about the library, great books to read, web-tools for learning, how to access and use information, research and note-taking and much more. We also learn how to access information on the internet safely. We love reaching out to others to spread the joy of reading through our many reading projects. Mission Statement

The mission of the Blackburn Elementary School Media center is to support the school's curriculum, assist students in becoming effective users of information and to foster the love of reading!
